Trish is an incredible leader to have in your corner, and serving alongside her on the UBCM and FCM Board of Directors has been a true privilege.  When stuck in the trenches of local government, her warmth, humour, and sharp intellect completely change the dynamics of the room.  She has this incredible ability to make everyone feel heard and valued.  Her transition from a successful entrepreneur to a historic trailblazer in local government makes complete sense when you see her work ethic up close.

This is exactly why Trish would make a phenomenal Mayor for Coquitlam.  She has the rare ability to unite people behind a shared vision, a deep understanding of municipal governance and the executive drive needed to manage a city budget responsibility.  Trish does more than "just manage", she inspires.  She leads with her heart, stands firmly by her values, and brings out the absolute best in everyone around her, which is precisely what communities like Coquitlam need at the helm.
